Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the rental amount plus the security deposit. The balance of the rental fee (including the state and local tax) is due two weeks before the rental date or as agreed to by us. The security deposits returned by check.
Cancellations of less than 30 days before the rental date will not qualify for a refund unless we are able to rent the property for the dates you had reserved. The security deposit, however, will be refunded in the event of cancellation.
