Our lovely condo is situated in a small community, very central to Old Naples and the Waterside Shops ( Fine Dining and Shopping), near the beaches. The very well cut condo has a size of 1303sqft(incl.terrace) and is situated on the 1st floor. It´s designed, furnished and equipped to appeal to those, who want a romantic get-away, seniors looking for either an active or relaxing retreat, or family fun for all ages.
It consists of a living/ dining room with bordering screened terrace and a great view on the 3th and 4th hole of the traditional Quail Run golf course. It has a completely equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, microwave, oven and a lot more - everything you need for good cooking) Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms ( en suite), walk-in closets, LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, Tel. + DSL/WLAN round off the image. Washing machine & dryer, beach equipment ( cooler, Beach chairs, sunhead )are deposit in the laundry. A/C is in the whole condo. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living area, kitchen and lanai.
This light and friendly equipped apartment corresponds with the sophisticated American standard and, since we use it ourselves, maintained in a good condition. A few steps from the condo you find a pool, jacuzzi, gas grills and three tennis courts. Shopping possibilities are near.
Especially golf enthusiasts, staying at this Naples vacation rental overlooking golf course, can enjoy to look at the putting green in front of lanai.
If you are appreciate fine dining, then there are a many restaurants, cafés and diners nearby, where you can relish some amazing cuisines and delicacies.
