POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates are in U.S. dollars. Add $80 cleaning fee and 10.5% sales tax. Refundable $500 security/damage deposit is required unless payment is made with credit card.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your reservation, your full rent less a $200 booking fee will be returned provided you give us 21 days notice. If you notify us of cancellation 8-20 days prior to the beginning of the reservation, we will return ½ of the rent. Regretfully, with less than eight days notice of cancellation, we will be unable to return any of the rent.

Rules: A small dog will be considered with additional $100 fee. We do not rent to spring breakers .
