POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. The only method of payments accepted are Bank wires, western union/moneygram (any other accepted money transfer companies) or cash. A security deposit of 50 % of the total lease is required 61 days or more before scheduled arrival A security deposit of 100 % of the total lease and a damage deposit are required within 60 days or less of the arrival date. A damage deposit will be required and there is an additional 100$ fee for cleaning.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 45 days or less before check-in, you will forfeit half of your security deposit; If you cancel 30 days or less before check-in, you will forfeit your full security deposit (total lease or first month for leases of 1 month or more) No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. We must receive the security deposit, the signed rental agreement and picture IDs of all renters within 5 business days of initial booking or else your reservation is canceled. Once it is received and verified/cleared, your dates are officially reserved. No parties, no pets, no smoking. Full rules are written in rental agreement and will be sent to renter when reservation is requested.
