Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollar.
Pool heat is an optional extra at a cost of $25 per night / $150 per week. (Recommended October to April)
Minimum rental period is 4 nights, at Easter & Christmas the minimum rental period is 7 nights. Rentals less than 7 nights incur a cleaning fee of $110.
Special deals may be available for stays greater than 7 days.
Prices include all utilities, cleaning of the home prior to guest arrival and weekly maintenance of the pool during your stay.
Please add 13% Florida State tax to all of the above prices.
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival at the property.
Payment methods are via $ € £ check/cheque and all major credit cards.
Earliest entry time is 4pm on day of arrival.
Latest departure time is 10am on last day unless otherwise arranged, at a cost of $55 plus tax.
Pools are used at guest’s own risk. Under 18’s must be accompanied at the pools. Safety fence must be used at all times.
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Florida.
Where written notice of cancellation is received the following charges will apply:
56 or more days prior to arrival - Deposit is Retained
55 to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of Rental is Retained, 50% Returned
29 to 10 days prior to arrival - 75% of Rental is Retained, 25% Returned
9 days prior to arrival to No Show- 100% of Rental is Retained.
