$6000 per month
April - October:
$1000 per week,
$3500 per month
November - December :
$1200 per week,
$4000 per month
Holiday weeks are extra.
Most Pets are OK with deposit
Refundable deposit required with simple lease agreement and funds. $100 cleaning fee due at departure
Cancellation Policy: 30,60, 90 depending on length of stay and when you book
Rules: Smoking on the lanai only
