Villa Palm Tree, is designed for all those who looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. This holiday villa impresses through his open floor plan with plenty of room to relax. Villa Palm Tree is surrounded by canals in the southwest of Cape Coral. Sunny hours you could expect on the south facing terrace with a solar heated pool. Because of its quiet location, in a friendly and attractive neighborhood the Villa Palm Tree is an ideal place for families with children. Villa Palm Tree is a home to feel as home. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 Master Bedroom with a King bed, 2 Queen size Bed Rooms, a Den with a sofa bed and a Pool Bath. A modern furnished living and dining room, and an additional breakfast area.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer are also available, as well as a children bed and chair for our smaller guests. At each bath room you will find enough towels and as well a hair dryer. Villa Palm Tree features High-speed Internet access (wifi), telephone (free local calls) and Sat TV (Dish Network) and five bikes to discover the Cape Coral area. Additional beach towels, several sun umbrellas, ice coolers and some beach toys for the kids are available too The screened lanai invites you to relax as well as having a BBQ. The home is not far away located from grocery stores or shopping malls which are even convenient available by bike. We wish you a pleasant stay at the Villa Palm Tree

Rates are up to 2 Persons per week. Each additional person will be charged with $10 per night. Children (max 4) below a age of 12 are free. Incl. 250 KWH for elec./week. For each additional KWH = $0,15 and will be deducted from the security deposit. Due to the newly installed solar heating system for the pool a huge increase on your electric consumption will be avoided.
