Lovely garden patio area with two pools, propane grills, tables, sun, shade and coconut palms! Ground level, off street parking in front of cottage. POLICY:
Payment Policy: Nonrefundable $350 deposit due at time of reservation. Final payment and $100 damage deposit due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: Forfeit security deposit of $350 if cancelled outside of 30 days.

Rules: For the comfort of all of our guests, no pets allowed. All cottages are non-smoking. Smoking permitted outside only. Guest under 25 must be accompanied by parent.
