Payment Policy: All rates are in Pound Sterling.
We accept GB Pounds for payment although we can arrange a dollar value by agreement but this will incorporate an administration charge we will incur to transfer the money.
Payment is made in installments. One night charge on booking, the balance 6 weeks before departure. A damage deposit of £100 may be required on arrival and will be returned on departure as appropriate.
Personal checks (cheques), money orders and e payments are all accepted.
Cancellation Policy: We must be notified in writing as soon as possible of cancellation. In the event of canceling your booking the following conditions apply.
More than two calendar months: Booking deposit forfeited between one and two calendar months before departure 50% of cost forfeited.
Less than 28 days before departure 100% of cost forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
Accommodation
Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the house.
Any others will be asked to leave. Florida Law requires that an adult must accompany anyone under the age of 18 years. We cannot be held responsible for any withdrawal or breakdown of equipment/amenities in or around the villa during your stay. The time of your arrival should be advised on the booking form in order that the villa is ready for your arrival.
Departure of the villa must be before midday. All brochure descriptions are made in good faith, with care taken to ensure their accuracy, but no liability will be accepted in the event of an error or incorrect description.
Liability During your stay the owners or owners agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused, either on the property, grounds, or pool area.
Please bear in mind that your villa will be situated on a development, which consist of both residential and vacation homes. Therefore the owner or owners’ agents cannot be responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to existing houses or any noise or nuisance as a result thereof on or around the development.
We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover your complete holiday. Force Major: The owners or owners’ agents cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force major (e.g. strikes, floods, hurricanes, and closure of airports, weather conditions or other events beyond our control.).
