Our strong can accommodate 8 guests without any difficulty. We have spacious bedrooms equipped with a king size bed, queen size bed, 4 twin beds and cribs. The bathrooms are fitted with dryers, showers, walk-in-showers and bath tubs. We have a formal dining room equipped with dining table and chairs where the food prepared in the fully equipped kitchen can be enjoyed along with your family. There is a separate breakfast bar in the kitchen.
You will not miss your favorite television programs while lodging in our vacation rental Clermont FL as our villa is equipped with 5 TVs, cable TV, DVD player, VCR and10 DVD libraries. You will find a private heated outdoor pool and a private outdoor hot tub where you can relax in the evenings. The evenings can be made more enchanting by engaging in tennis, basketball or racquet ball as we have separate courts for each of these games. We have ample parking area and a playground in our premise. Our villa is a 'no smoking' zone. We also never let the guests to take their pets inside. You will also find a telephone and a playstation inside our villa.

Th proximity of our Clermont villa rental to beach promises easy access for the guests to numerous water sports including kayaking, jet skiing, and boating.
