Cumbrian Lakes is a 120 acre conservation area and nature trail. Our gated community is perfectly suited for long walks, a quick soccer game, a little energy release at the childrens park or for the sportsman in you, try your luck fishing. (fishing permitted without permits). It is the perfect setting for total relaxation after a tough adventure to the many theme parks located within 15 minutes of our beautiful 6 bedroom 3.5 bath home. You can take a morning dip in our south facing pool to start your day or a go for a midnight swim or spa to wind down before bed. With our pool and spa facing south, you can maximize your suntan potential by spending the day right at home. We have just recently purchased this Villa and are excited to share it with you. We have stocked it with everything we think one might need to have a fantastic time, however we are always open to suggestions. Cumbrian Lakes is conveniently located 4 miles down Poinciana Boulevard from hwy 192 in Kissimmee, about 10 minutes from Disney. A brand new executive gated community set in a conservation area of 120 acres with lovely lakes, providing a haven for wildlife. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the homes and there is a nature trail around one of the lakes together with a communal children's play area. While the community provides a safe, quiet location in which to relax after a busy day at the theme parks there are numerous shops and restaurants including a large twenty four hour Wal-Mart within five minutes drive on hwy 192. |
