Veranda Villa is a beautifully furnished and landscaped Mediterranean style home with colorful,comfortable and luxury décor. High ceilings,hardwood floors,gourmet kitchen and 1600 sq.ft. of porches wrap around the house for enjoying breakfast or just relaxing.
Master Bedroom has a King-Size Bed and full bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower and French doors leading to veranda. One guest room has a queen bead with private bath. The twin guest room also has a trundle and the cupola has a built in sitting area which converts to a small
sleeping area which youngsters might enjoy.
Enjoy sunsets overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a glass of wine from the Cupola.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars.

One-half of the rental fee is due within 5 days of the date of the rental agreement. The balance is due including, cleaning fee, and security deposit thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

For reservations made less than 30 days from check in, the total amount is due immediately. All reservations must be paid in full prior to check in.

Security Deposit & Cleaning Fee Applicable.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be in writing. In case of cancellations, no refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If Veranda Villa is not re-rented, all rents paid shall be forfeited as damages. If the canceled period is re-rented, the monies paid will be refunded less a $100 fee.

Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

No Smoking Please. Well trained small dogs allowed on request.

There is $150 charge for maid service.
