Rates do not include security deposit, 12.5% Florida Sales tax and cleaning. (7.5% tax for houseboat rentals.)

Deposit will be required to hold your reservation along with your signed boat agreement. rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival. Payments can be made using personal check, cashiers check or MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit cards.

Deposit is usually returned via mail within 10 days of your departure after our home manager has inspected the property.
