POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates are for in US Dollars for a weekly rental.
Sterling & Euro rates available on request.
2011 rates available on request.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your holiday for any reason we will not be able to refund any monies paid and therefore we recommend you should takes out your own travel insurance to cover you in case of this.
Rules: High speed internet access available at $18 per week.
We accept cheque or bank transfer.
All bedding and towels are provided. The property is cleaned before and after your visit by our manager, but we do ask that you leave it in a good manor when you depart.
All rates are subject change and to all applicable taxes, currently 11.5%. These will be added to the above weekly rates.
A security/damage deposit of $600 will be required to secure a booking.
A surcharge will be applied for bookings of less than 7 nights and also a Sunday check-in will carry a surcharge.
