Welcome to Kokomo, a Marathon vacation house by owner. It is a wonderful Gulf front home on prestigious Morton Street on Grassy Key with spectacular sunset views. As soon as you step out of our home you will be able to listen to ocean waves and breeze.

All the 4 bedrooms of this waterfront vacation rental in Marathon, Florida are open, airy and tastefully decorated. Out of the four bedrooms, three have king size beds while the fourth one contains a queen size bed. One of the King bedrooms also has a daybed w trundle bed and the living room has a queen sleep sofa. All of them are good enough to let at least 10 vacationers sleep comfortably. Along with them, there are 2 full bathrooms, well fitted to meet your requirements.

The living room of this vacation house in Marathon is completely decorated with cozy sofas, large windows for wonderful views of the water. To add on to this, there are facilities such as TV, DVD player, CD, stereo and high speed Internet access for your entertainment.

As you come out of the house to open water views you can relax in the hot tub or heated pool surrounded by palm trees, overlooking the emerald blue ocean. You can relax in the shoreline Hammock. You can enjoy fishing, deep sea fishing, water skiing, and swimming in addition to sightseeing.

Rental period Saturday to Saturday, except for slower season and longer rentals ;
In addition to the rates stated above a $1500.00 security deposit is required.
A $225 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
Prices include pool heat, local phone, towels, sheets and paper products, etc...
All rates are subject to a 12.5% Florida Sales tax.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if greater then 60 days.
