Our unit is completely updated and tastefully decorated in a Hemingway inspired exotic theme. Rental agents and property managers say it's the nicest condo rental on Madeira Beach! The interior offers unobstructed views of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining and living areas and the master bedroom. The dining table seats 8 comfortably plus there are 4 stools at the kitchen counter. The pool is located between the condo building and the beach, and the pool area provides thatched roof tables and benches as well as lounge chairs around the newly paved pool area. A walkway under the bridge at John's Pass allows safe access to the Village with an abundance of restaurants, shops, water sports facilities, gambling cruise boats, and fishing.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

20% non-refundable booking deposit that reverts to a security/damage deposit to be returned based upon clear inspection of unit after departure; 12% state and local taxes; $110 departure cleaning fee. Add $50 per person over eight; add $100 to weeks that include a holiday. Payment due in full one month prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable booking deposit if the week cannot be rebooked.
