Amelia Island VACATION Condo RENTAL PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION :
Sit on your private oceanfront balcony at "The Oceans of Amelia" or in one of the twin lounge chairs (that twirl all the way around)in the living room and watch the waves come ashore, surfers, dolphins or shrimp boats. It has a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The queen size sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2. This unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

This condo is on the 1st floor (above the parking area) of a 3 story building. It features 2 cable TV's with DVD/VCR (and a collection of VHS movies in the cabinet) All linens (fitted sheets, towels, dishtowels) are furnished. The kitchen is complete with coffeemaker (new microwave, dishwasher & stove)icemaker,disposal, lots of dishes & cookware, toaster, etc. There is a stack full size washer/dryer in the utility closet. There are 3 phones w/answering machine.

Amelia Island features a wide array of tourist attractions such as uncrowded beaches, fine restaurants, boutiques, galleries and many diverse recreational activities such as top rated golf courses, tennis, beachcombing, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, miniature golf,vollyball, horseback riding, cruising on the Amelia River or you may want to take a day trip over to Cumberland Island. One of the most popular events is the shrimp festival always held the first weekend in May. A 50 block of downtown Fernandina Beach is listed on the National Register of Historic places because of its amazing preservation of late Victorian architecture with its many mansions and cottages.

Winter Season:$155 per Night, $930 per week.

$155.00 deposit required to confirm reservation.

Balance due 4 days before check in.

All rates are subject to a 10% tax. Rates include cleaning fee but rentals for less than 4 nights are required to pay the cleaning fee of $75.00.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will not be accepted by e-mail and the reservation deposit will be forfeited if cancellations are made less than 14 days before the beginning of your vacation unless I can rent it again.

Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking unit although smoking is permitted on the balcony.
