The back yard is completely fenced in for added privacy and there is a games room in the garage with pool table and foozebal. There is a computer with high speed. Regretfully we have a no pets policy. For your entertainment, the living room features a TV and this Davenport vacation home also features a private outdoor pool for you to frolic in or simply laze around on the loungers with your favorite drink. There is a community pool along with a beach style volleyball court, two tennis courts and a children’s play area. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy tee times at some superb courses at our Davenport home near golf course. Your family is going to love a visit to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and many other theme and water parks. If you want to try your luck, the casinos are just a short drive away. This Davenport rental home is also near to shopping centers and malls where you can buy gifts and souvenirs as well as stock up on supplies.
