Located at Mile Marker 50. This 2800 sq. feet residential home sets on 1 acre of seclusion in a quiet Gulf side neighborhood with a dock on the canal and pull-in boat slip. Located on a deep water canal, 300 ft. to the open waters of the Gulf. Canal always crystal clear. It's just 10 minutes from the cut to the ocean.
There are 42 bridges that connect the Florida Keys. The famous Seven-Mile Bridge is the longest and can be found on the south side of Marathon. The Seven-Mile Bridge is within 3 miles of the home and the Vaca Cut is within 2 miles.
Marathon is located in the heart of the Florida Keys, halfway between Key Largo and Key West. Marathon is 48 miles from Key West, 60 miles from Miami and 25 miles from Islamorada which has the famous TiKi Bar on the ocean front, a great place for a night out. There is a very clean public beach 3 miles from the house.
Has a super King Bed in the Master Bedroom, Queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms and a futon. Standard satellite TV's in each bedroom. Fireplace in the living room with a big screen satellite TV, separate dining area and large kitchen, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, kitchen utilities, washer & dryer, linens & bedding, towels, 2 air conditioners (one for the back living area & one for the front living area), ceiling fans, phone, gas BBQ grill , large screened in porch facing the canal, sun deck, boat slip, dock on the canal and view of the Gulf and beautiful sunsets.
