POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in POUNDS STERLING (GBP)and include pool heating. A returnable booking/security deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking with full payment to be received eight weeks before the rental start-date. The deposit will be refunded within six weeks of the return of the key at the end of your holiday.

Cancellation Policy: The booking deposit of £150 is non-returnable. Holiday insurance is strongly advised
