Luxurious Vacation Apartment on the World's Most Beautiful Beach. This beautiful condominium is 1250 square feet and consists of 2 BR and 2 BA.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV/DVD & its own bathroom; the second bedroom has 2 double beds, a TV/VCR, as well as its own full bathroom. There is a queen size pull out couch in the living room which is also equipped with a flat screen television and DVD. The dining room has comfortable seating for 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal and new dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer right in the unit in the laundry room. The apartment spans the width of the building and includes a balcony which can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom.

There is a garden view from the balcony. The large heated pool is directly on the beach in the backyard of our condominium. There are lounge chairs around the pool and at the beach. There is a tennis court at the front of the condominium. Covered parking is available.

Cancellation Policy: Within 30 days full refund of deposit minus $100.00 cancellation fee for administration. Prior to 30 days, full refund.

Rules: NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDOMINIUM UNIT AND NO SMOKING ON BALCONY. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO GLASS ALLOWED IN POOL OR BEACH AREA.
