A group of up to eight guests can stay at this four bedroom vacation rental. The bedrooms neatly arranged. There is a fully equipped kitchen to meet up your culinary demands. The living room has a TV, DVD player and VCR for you to catch up with your favorite movies, music and sitcoms. There is a community swimming pool as well for you to revel in. Internet access is also available, in case you want to keep tabs on office work, emails or surf the web. You can spend some time at the patio enjoying a hot chocolate drink. Our vacation house is pet friendly as well.

Golf aficionados, staying at our retreat will be delighted as golfing venues are at short distance. Superb wining and dining at nearby restaurants is just a short walk away.

Cleaning Charge: $115.

Cancellation Policy: For all cancellations made less than 56 days prior to the check-in date.

The guest may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing or by e-mail.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 8 weeks before arrival – Loss of Deposit.

Between 4 to 8 weeks before arrival – Loss of 50% of Total Cost.

Less than 4 weeks before arrival – Loss of 100% of Total Cost.

If through circumstances beyond our control, it is necessary for us to cancel, which would be totally exceptional, we will refund any monies paid, without interest or further compensation.
