POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.
A reservation deposit in the amount of 25% is required 5 days after your reservation request has been approved. Your reservation will be HELD until the deposit is received. Once received, your reservation will be considered RESERVED (guaranteed). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received.
A security deposit in the amount of $300.00 is required at check-in. The security deposit is held to ensure that the property will be left in it's original condition. Security deposits will be returned in full providing a satisfactory inspection after check-out. Damages to the property can result in a full or partial loss of the security deposit
Cleaning Charge:$130.
Pool Heat $30 per day + tax (minimum of 3 days)/ $500 for.
snowbirds per month + tax.
BBQ with Gas $40 per week + tax.
Crib with High Chair $25 per week + tax.
Playstation 2 with 3 Games $35 per week + tax.
Cancellation Policy: T For all cancellations made less than 56 days prior to the check-in date, CANCELLATION CHARGES The guest may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing or by e-mail. The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 8 weeks before arrival – Loss of Deposit.
Between 4 to 8 weeks before arrival – Loss of 50% of Total Cost.
Less than 4 weeks before arrival – Loss of 100% of Total Cost.
