Payment Policy: All rates are in US dollars

$500 damage deposit

$125 cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 500.. For cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival and more than 50 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $1000. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 10 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
