POLICY:
Payment Policy: Payment is due in Dolla's. $250 deposit is required on booking the home. Full payment is due 8 weeks before the start dates, $250 is held against your credit card for the security deposit against any damage that may done.

Cancellation Policy: If within 8 weeks of arrival the booking is non refundable and holiday insurance is strongly recommended.

Rules: No Pets. No smoking in the home. Garbage must be placed at the curb the night before collection and the cans returned to the side of the home. Exessive laundry needs to be done.
