This Sanibel Island, Florida vacation rental condo is part of the Sandpiper Beach Condominiums, a private resort on Olde Middle Gulf Drive, next to a wildlife preserve. Convenient for six guests, our two bedroom rental condo in Sanibel Island features a master bedroom with Gulf view. The living room, which is furnished with cable TV, DVD player, VCR, CD/stereo and games, also offers panoramic ocean views. It features a fully stocked kitchen and barbecue as well to pamper your taste buds.

You can relax on the private screened balcony, listening to the cacophony of bird calls ringing through the wildlife preserve next door or take a dip in the outdoor pool while staying at this Sanibel Island beachfront condo. With amenities like a private tennis court and easy access to golfing facilities as well as water sports and scuba diving, our Sanibel Island condo near golf course offers a unique vacation experience in all seasons.

Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

Deposit- 25% with a minimum of US $500.00 due with the return of contract. Final payment due 90 days before arrival.

U.S. cash, Check drawn on US banks, Money order, Travlers checks.

$1130.00 - $2380.00 USD/week.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund, less administration fee of USD$75.00, if cancellation is received in writing 90 days before arrival date.

If cancellation is received less than 90 days before arrival, no refund will be issued unless we are able to rent the unit for your entire reserved time.

Security Deposit- Two hundred dollars (USD$200) which is returned about four to six weeks after your departure or as soon as we receive the telephone bill. Long distance & toll charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
