Payment Policy:

All Rates in US Dollars.

Low Season $600 per week

Value Season $550 per week

High Season $900 per week

$300 deposits are required to confirm a reservation

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, Cash, Money Orders

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations canceled 90 days prior to arrival is subject to a $150 cancellation fee. No refunds given to reservations canceled less than 90 days prior to arrival.

Rules:

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

All reservations are subject to:

Admin Fee/Departure Fee $125

Cleaning Fee $90

Security Deposit Fee $45 12% Tax

Optional travel insurance is added to all reservations. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
