Tingler Isle offers one of the most unique vacation rentals in the Keys. This newly constructed 5 bedroom two story, 5800 sq ft luxury home has full length porches on both levels overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. You can even see Sombrero Lighthouse which offers some of the best diving/snorkeling in the area. The heated pool and spa with infinity edge invites you to dive in and relax as you are surrounded by water. Feet away is the dock beaconing you to explore the reef or go fishing. Wake up in the morning with spectacular views from your bed of the sunrise over the Atlantic or diner and drinks on the porches as the sun goes down...

On your arrival as you enter the two story foyer you are drawn to the views through the French doors to the pool and the ocean beyond. Just beyond the foyer is the living Room which has an entertainment center with 50” plasma TV with full Direct TV service, DVD/CD players and whole house stereo system. The Dining room on your left has a “Tommy Bahama” table that looks out to the porch and ocean. The fully equipped upscale kitchen has custom made cherry cabinets, copper range hood, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances ( 48” refrigerator, wall and Microwave, a second Oven with gas , and dishwasher). The Kitchen also has a desk area with high speed wireless internet connection and the island has a raised bar with seating. Also on the first floor is one of the house’s two huge master suites. French doors open onto the oceanfront porch and pool area. The bedroom includes a king size bed, whirling ceiling fan, 2 walk-in closets, large tiled bathroom with his and her vanities, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub.

Ascending to the second floor on your right is the second master suite. French doors lead to the balcony with tables and deck chairs overlooking the ocean. This master suite offers king size bed, ceiling fan, 2 walk-in closets, honey onyx tile bathroom with old fashion claw foot tub, 2 vanities with tropical leaded glass doors and separate shower. Down the hall on the right is the bar room. The cherry bar is surrounded with glass shelves and mirrors. The inviting plush leather sofas and 42” TV, with full Direct TV service, offers the guys a place to kick back and relax after a long day on the water. Step outside to watch the spectacular sunsets. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor offer king size beds with a bathroom in between. The 5th bedroom is tucked away over the garage with ascess from the rear hall. This bedroom is a queen suite with marble bath.
