The owners of this unit have authorized us to offer a 20% discount on the normal rental rates for summer and fall of 2010. The discounted rates are shown in the rate table.

Comfortable for six guests, our 2 bedroom rental condo in Fernandina Beach features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. The living room hosts beautifully appointed TV, VCR and DVD player. There is a kitchen and an expansive dining room as well.

This Fernandina Beach oceanfront condo, where sea shells and sea green walls blend lusciously with the peach colored décor, completes with a large balcony that gives breathtaking views of the sun sinking in the ocean. Also enjoy looking across the beach and further up over the emerald blue water from the sixth floor balcony of this condo.

The resort amenities including a community swimming pool and outdoor tennis court are also accessible from our Fernandina Beach condo rental.

Our convenient location to the beach will entice you to indulge in surfing, fishing, sand castle making, horseback riding or simply relaxing on the sand. The Ritz-Carlton of Amelia Island which has a state-of-the-art spa is across the street. During your stay at this Fernandina Beach vacation condo also visit the old seaport town of Fernandina with its intriguing shops, restaurants and wealth of 19th century buildings. Ft. Clinch State Park offers a restored fort, hiking and biking trails, and fishing on the pier.

For golf enthusiasts, our Fernandina Beach condo near golf course provides easy access to the Fernandina Beach Municipal Golf Course, where tee times are easy to plan.

Rules: Rules: A damage deposit of $300 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. This is a NO SMOKING unit and PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a processing fee of $25 charged. For cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit. Travel insurance is advised.

Payment Policy: Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A 50% rent deposit is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment. All rates subject to 11% sales tax. Each reservation subject to transaction, non-cash and cleaning fee. Special event and Holiday rates are the same as summer or peak season rates. 3 night minimum.
