"My Blue Heaven" is located in the private community of Seacrest Beach, on 30A, between Rosmary Beach and Seaside. It is a beautiful paradise on the white sands of the Gulf Coast(approximately 400 yards) that is only a short walk; or, our own personal tram is available. The complex has beautiful landscaping with many amenities: The pool complex is enormous with a 12,000 square-foot, lagoon-style setting and we are only 1 block away. This is a first-class accommodation with beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balconies of "My Blue Heaven".
Our home is very new and was completed in July 2004. We can assure you that this home will have every amenity, decorated and outfitted in "first class" style. The home is large with over 2800 square feet and has three master bedroom suites- one on each floor for multi-family vacations. There are five bedrooms designed for adults and children. The children have their own TV equipped with Playstation II and VCRs for their entertainment on the second floor.
As you enter through the large front porch into the spacious living area, it is complete with built-in entertainment systems, surround sound, dining room with bay windows, gourmet kitchen and a wrap-around bar. The first floor has 10' ceilings with a master bedroom that leads to a private screened porch.
The second floor has two bedrooms with a back deck and has a fully equipped entertainment room for children. The 2nd floor master bedroom faces the beach and has a large deck overlooking the Gulf.
The third floor(tower room) boasts a master bedroom, bath, living area, wet bar, and observation deck with panoramic views of the Gulf. |
