Overlooking the golf course, this Southern Dunes Florida vacation rental with a private south west facing pool, is just 20 minutes from Disney making a perfect holiday location. Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, wifi, LCD cable TVs & DVDs in every room with many personal touches and upgrades.

Perfect for eight guests, our 4 bedroom home rental Haines City features a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and 4 twin beds. All the rooms come equipped with cable LCD TV’s and DVDs for your sleep time entertainment. The three full bathrooms include bathtubs, showers and hair dryers. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a luxury dining area with a glass top table that overlooks the pool and golf course.

The living room of this child friendly Haines City vacation rental home offers PlayStation, flat screen TV, and a snug fireplace to keep you warm during inclement weather conditions. Also, there is a computer with high speed Internet access facility, plus Wifi in case you want to check your e-mails or browse the Internet pages.

There is a beautiful private swimming pool, which you can use either for swimming or for lounging around. The patio doors lead onto the covered and tiled lanai, with a fan and light, for enjoying alfresco dining.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates Are In US Dollars.

Rates Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice.Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Check, Credit Card or Paypal (these last 2 do incur a service charge)

Cancellation Policy: $200 deposit for each week or part week booked Payment in full 2 months before the arrival date If the reservation is cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival, the full rental will be forfeited unless the premises can be re-booked on similar terms, in which case only the deposit will be forfeited

Rules: A security deposit equivalent to $300(cash, cheque or credit card number) is payable to the owner prior to the booking taking place. This will be returned after the house has been cleaned following your departure. If credit card details are held you accept that if any damage is found following your departure, you authorise us to take the cost from the card. This would not be without prior discussion with you The house will be available for occupation from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, and you are required to leave by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made The house and pool will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. All bedlinen and towels are provided. Keys will be in a lock box at the property for which you will be given an entry code Directions and the lock-box code will be given to you, once the final balance payment has been received Unfortunately there is an additional 4% service charge (charged to us here in the UK) for payment by credit card.
