POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.
Rates are based on up to 12 guests, additional guests are $100.00/wk person, children age 2 and under are not included in the guest count.
For weekly rentals - $100.00 refundable pet deposit
Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $25.00 per day for 1st pet, $15 per day for each additional pet. Cleaning fee of $185.00 applies to all reservations.
For Monthly Rentals: Renter to pay electric utility. $100.00 refundable pet deposit plus fees.
Pet Fee: 150.00 per month for 1 pet, 75.00 per month for each additional pet.
Cleaning Fee of 185.00 Must be 25 years of age to drive the golf cart. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of reservations must be made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival. A cancellation fee equal to 20 percent (20%) of the total rent (not including Damage Security Deposit) will be charged on all canceled reservations. Late cancellations with less than sixty days notice will result in forfeiture of the full advance deposit. Written notice is required for all cancellations. Long Term (30 days or more), advance monthly rentals must give ninety (90) days notice of cancellation prior to arrival. Cancellation and early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund of rent Rules: No Smoking inside.
Pool Heating Optional:
$45.00/day (3 day minimum) $300.00/week
Note: Prices are subject to change without notice. One half of the total rental payment amount is required in order to confirm reservation dates and rental rate. Full payment is due at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Reservations made within thirty (30) days of arrival require payment in full. If you Opt Out of the Security Deposit feature that is included in the rate, a refundable Damage Security deposit of $500.00 is required.
