Indian Rocks Beach VACATION Condo RENTAL PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION :
My place on the beach “The Shack on the Sand" is not just a place, It's an attitude. An answering machine will pick up your calls, while you are out exploring and you may use the computer go online anytime. Some guests never leave the beach and some try to see everything in the area, either way the Shack on the Sand is a place to which you will want to return. We are an 8 unit building. There are 6 units across the front and 2 units on the back of the building. Our building was erected in the 50's as a beach front motel. It was reconfigured and made condos in the 80's. Little buildings like ours are becoming a rarity and ground level accommodations are even more rare. My place is clean, cute and cozy as well as very handy to everything that the area has to offer. There are trolley and bus stops as well as 7 restaurants within 2 blocks. My Guests joke that if it isn't in my place, you don't need it.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: The State and County taxes equal 12% and there is a $85 cleaning fee. A 50% deposit will hold your reservation. The blance may be sent in time for me to mail the keys or I can collect when you arrive. I accept checks, money orders, Traveler's checks and cash. From August 20, 2011 to December 17, 2011 The rent for a Saturday to Saturday stay for 2 people is only $700.

Cancellation Policy: If I can rent your time, you will receive a full refund. I have a hurricane policy but have never had to use it. Refund in unlikely event of oil on our beach.

Rules: The rules are simple, you must leave or send a pictures of your group and you must eat grouper (a tasty local fish) We are a family area and all of my guests have been clean, polite, wonderful people.
