Hudson VACATION Villa RENTAL PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION :
This beautiful 3 bedroom villa right on The Links golf course is fully air conditioned and fully furnished.

Bath in the sun next to our private, screened, solar-heated pool and patio area, complete with six sun loungers, patio table, and chairs. Enjoy warm summer evenings around the lighted pool, eating dinner or just relaxing. For a small extra fee you can have a warmer 85 degree pool to play and splash around in for those cooler times of year.

Spend your days shopping, eating, or laying on the beach which is just a short two minute drive.

This villa sleeps six and arrangements can be made for the additional provision of a small baby cot. The property is managed professionally on our behalf by locally-based English managing agents. All linens and towels,( except beach towels), are provided and there is full, between lets cleaning.

Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Internet access(your own computer!) and all telephone calls within the US and Canada are free.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: $800.00(450.00 pounds) PER WEEK If you would like to book our wonderful villa, we would require a booking fee of £100 pounds or $170.00 US Dollars, and the balance eight weeks before arrival. Plus a refundable security deposit of £100 pounds,or $170.dollars. This is returned to you within seven days of departure.
