You'll find the kitchen fully stocked and dining area equipped with beautiful table for four with two additional bar stools at the breakfast bar to keep your taste buds fully tickled.There is a private swimming pool in our condo, which you can use for lounging, splashing and sun-bathing. Don't worry about the entertainment of kids as we have a number of facilities such as Play Station 2 game system including some games of different varieties, especially for children. FREE wireless high speed Internet access will keep you updated with the outside world.To maximize your vacation pleasure, you can access the resort amenities such as large swimming pool, kiddies pool, hot tub, huge fitness center from our beachfront view and the Water Park at the next door Ramada Inn! Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Advance payment. A minimum payment of $350 per unit is required at the time of booking a reservation, unless prior arrangements were made. VISA and MASTERCARD will be accepted for advance payment excluding: monthly rentals. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rent due. A magnetic swipe of your credit card is required upon check in.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled/reservations changed. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or new arrival date that are made more than fourteen (14) days before your arrival date will forfeit a minimum of $100.00 plus tax. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or new arrival date made within fourteen (14) days of your arrival date will forfeit the full advance payment or deposit. Cancellations for arrivals between May 1st and Sept 1st will result in an additional 35% charge based on the rental rate in addition to the advance payment or deposit. Hurricane Policy. Deposits and/or rent paid will generally be refunded if Destin West Beach & Bay Resort is located within the Hurricane Warning Area set forth by the NOAA/National Hurricane Center. Cancellation or early departure due to any other inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
