In the second floor you will find the second master bedroom and two other bedrooms – a guest room with two sets of bunk beds and a bunk room with an additional set of bunk bed. Large parties requiring additional sleeping space can use the Tower which is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa as the fourth bedroom.

With amenities like beauty salons and spas, private charcoal barbecue, bicycles and boats, this private pet friendly vacation home aims to provide not just comfortable accommodations but also memorable moments for as many as ten people, and is thus, a perfect vacation rental in Florida for large parties.

Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.

Cash, wire transfers, checks, money orders, credit cards accepted.

Reservation Deposit equal to 1/2 of total rental cost and security deposit due when securing reservation.

Remaining 1/2 payment due 30 days prior to arrival. $350 refundable damage/theft deposit $175 cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy: If hurricane is eminent, a full refund will be given.

If cancellation due to any other reason, a partial refund may be given up to 50% of the total rental.

Rules: Pet-Friendly (small dog under 25 lbs.) allowed with a non- refundable $175.00 pet fee.

No Smoking.

No more than 10 people allowed in the home. No more than 2 cars allowed for private parking. No college students allowed without adult chaparone and will require additional deposits.
