Luxurious Tiffany Place condominium sits right on the beach and overlooks the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Anna Maria Island vacation rental property on Holmes Beach has beautiful white sandy beaches and breath taking views have been voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world. Our wide and serene beaches are perfect for those long walks, shell hunting and relaxing. We are located near Long Boat Key and Sarasota.


This recently remodeled and redecorated condominium is beautifuly decorated with comfort in mind. It has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. One roll a way. There are 2 full baths one of which is a jacuzzi tub, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable dining room, family room with comfortable reclining leather furniture and an outdoor balcony great for breakfast and the fantastic view of the beach. The balcony overlooks the gorgeous courtyard with lush palm trees and tropical plants, heated swimming pool and the wonderfully refreshing Gulf and beach.

Besides relaxing in comfortable accommodations, seeing beautiful views and gorgeous beaches, you'll enjoy the charm of the Island. The whole island is a bird sanctuary where you can see Blue Herons, Egrets, Wood Ibis, Pelicans, Terns, Parrots and Sand Pipers. You'll even see dolphins swim up and down for their daily feedings.


Our tropical weather brings our Northern and European friends down for months at a time in the winter, and the cool island breezes make the summer months just as relaxing.


Anna Maria is filled with local charm. Our shops are filled with art from the best of florida artists. Enjoy many fine restaurants on the water, at the pier and inland. We have everything from seafood, pizza to burgers, and a 5 star restaurant. You can even catch a play at the local theater.

POLICY:
Payment Policy:

All funds in US Dollars.

- Money can be wired transfered.

- Two-week minimum stay, $175.00 per night, 11.5% tax (Subject to change).

- $350 Security Deposit (Refundable).

- There is an additional charge of $10.00 per night per person for more than 4 guests.

- Payment accepted : personal check.

- A $350 security deposit will be due upon execution and return of a lease agreement plus a total of 25% of the total lease amount which includes the tax. The balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations must be made a minimum of 90 days prior to occupancy, otherwise the 25% deposit will be forfeited unless the unit can be rented.

- The security deposit of $350 will be returned upon notice of cancellation or 90 days following occupancy.

Rules:

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

- No pets or smoking.
