It also has an outside shower with hot water. It has plenty of room for 2 couples or a couple and up to 4 children. It has a large clean 10X15 foot storage shed with washer and dryer. It is a block from Thomas Doughnut Shop, 2 blocks from The Carousel full grocery, wine and liquor store and 15 minutes or less from Panama City or anywhere on Panama City Beach. it is just a short walk to paradise!!

THERE IS A $100 WEEK - $500 MONTH REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT. 9.75% FLORIDA TAXES and $60 CLEANING added. PET FEE $50 FOR UNDER 20 LB. ONLY. Deposit is required before booking confirmed with remainder at least 2 week before occupancy. Peresonal checks are accepted up to 3 weeks before booking then only cashiers checks or money orders

Cancellation Policy: cancellation forfeits deposit

Rules: PETS UNDER 20 LB W/PROOF OF FRONTLINE NO SMOKING PLEASE
