Owners Will Discount Longer Term Rentals.
Rents subject to 11% state & local taxes.
Non-refundable $85 Cleaning fee. $300 Security.
Deposit, refundable if unit is left as found.
A 60 day written cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to assure refund of advance deposit minus a $75 cancellation fee. Trip Cancellation Insurance is recommended. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
