Location... Location... Location! El President condominium is located on the best part on Crescent Beach, which is located on Siesta Key Beach. The unit is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and a post office. The world's best beach is in your backyard. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing restful vacation in paradise.

Enjoy the sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the pure white powdery sand beach. This is a first floor unit. Your assigned parking spot is right underneath the unit. You can walk up one flight of steps and be at the condominium front door or take one of the elevators. The beach is a short one minute walk from your front door. There are no streets to cross. The only thing between you and the beach is the beautiful private, large swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees. There are restrooms by the pool for your convenience. There is a tennis court at the front of the building.
