Entering the home to the left is the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Large walk in shower and spa tub complete this bath.
The open floor plan enables views of the pool and private back yard from both sitting areas and the kitchen. Furnished with comfortable sofa's perfect for lounging after a game of golf or shopping. Snack at the kitchen bar area or dining table that is just off the kitchen. Behind the kitchen are the three guest bedrooms which consist of a queen suite with shower room that is also used as the pool bath.
Twin bedrooms brightly decorated share a hall bathroom with shower and tub. Swimming and games are a must in this oversized very private pool! It's large rectangular shape, leaves plenty of room for all to enjoy the afternoon sunshine here in Florida.
