Spacious and beautiful canal home w/ above ground pool. Top floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Comfortable living w/ full kitchen, dining area, and master bedrm has king bed , tv, and bath, 2nd bedrm: two bunk beds( bottom are double beds and top are twin beds) w/ tv, 3rd bedrm: queen bed and tv, another bath in hall. Off of dining area is sliding glass doors that takes you to large screened in terrace overlooking canal. Bottom level has separate entrance and great for nanny or in-laws, handicapped with full kitchen, spacious living and dining area w/ tv, and bedrm has queen bed and tv.The outside is tropical setting with palm trees and clean wide deep canal for direct ocean access within minutes. 90' concrete dock /davits , fish cleaning table with water and electric at dock, There is gas bbq grill, ice machine and bait freezer. Wonderful for the men for fishing and ladies are happy with sunbathing and relaxing ( with ample seating) in the sun. Walk to restaurant and close to all facilities. Dish satilite, Wifi/fax/printing on premises. Plenty of room for cars, and motor home, washer and dryer both levels. Also great for large family gatherings, & reunions. Pet must be trained and not a nuisance to neighbors. Please No loud parties, there are working neighbors and we do not want to disturb. You will truly love this home. The owners pride shows in this home .

Payment Policy: All funds are due within 60 days prior to check in. A deposit as low as $300.00 is required to hold unit. Holidays are higher rates please call. Also booking fee of $50, maid departure fee $300.00 is required, and sec. dep.$800 ( to be returned if no damages)tax 12.5%..and in some cases pet security deposit.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds, cancellations 60 days prior to arrival. In the event we are able to sesecure another rental for same terms, price,dates & conditions we will return mius booking fee and any credit or wiring charges it cost to book from the monies we have collected from your funds.

Rules: NO smoking. Termination of your occupancy immediately. You will be given a confirmation, vacation rental lease, along with checkin instructions when you make a deposit to book.
