Cancellation Policy: 30 days notice for full refund of deposit unless special circumstances. Partial refund if unit cannot be re-rented.

Smoking is not permitted in the townhouse. Absolutely no pets. Dispose of trash in community bins. Respect assigned parking - no parking on grass. Golf cart available - no unlicensed drivers permitted to drive.
