Our air-conditioned 2 bedroom house rental in Seacrest Beach, Florida can comfortably lodge up to six vacationers. The bedrooms include a queen-size bed and two twin beds. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper as well. The bathrooms are well stocked with all modern amenities. To take care of your culinary demands, there is a fully equipped kitchen as well.

You will not miss your favorite television programs as this vacation house in Seacrest Beach for 4 as the living room has TV, cable TV, satellite TV and DVD player. Wireless Internet access is also available to catch up with emails, keep tabs on office, work or surf the web. POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars.

$200 security deposit.

$50 pet fee.

11% tax.



Cancellation Policy: Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25.
