This centrally air-conditioned 6 bedroom rental home in Destin can comfortably accommodate up to 22 vacationers. Sleeping arrangements include king-size beds, queen-size beds, twin beds and bunk beds with twin on top and double on bottom. Bathrooms are well appointed with ultra modern amenities for your convenience. There is a TV with cable connection, DVD player, VCR to keep you glued to your favorite movies. You can use the CD/stereo system to play your favorite numbers. The fully equipped kitchen will let you prepare anything from a cup of coffee to gourmet meals while you stay at our Destin house rental. Those who love grilled food can enjoy gathering over amazing cookouts at the private charcoal barbecue. You can frolic in with your group in the community outdoor pool or laze under the sun on the private deck while working on your sun tan. Fitness conscious folks will appreciate the health club and well maintained home gym at this Destin house rental. Some pre-breakfast games of tennis at the outdoor tennis court will give your day a refreshing start during your stay. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate your beloved pets at our non smoking Destin vacation rental home. Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars In addition to our rate, we require a $1,000 deposit which will be returned within 45 days after the conclusion of your stay. There is also a $300 cleaning fee and 11% state tax. We accept personal checks and bank checks.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival there is a no refund policy unless we can rebook the house.

Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.
