POLICY:
Payment Policy: RESERVATIONS: A $200 reservation deposit is required along with completed reservation forms to confirm a reservation. The deposit must be paid by check or money order made payable to "JJP Enterprises". Upon receipt of this amount and the completed reservation form, your reservation is confirmed. The reservation deposit becomes a security deposit upon check-in and is returned to you within 14 days after your check-out pending confirmation of no loss, theft or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
RENTAL PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate with tax and cleaning fee is required thirty (30) days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to “JJP Enterprises”. Send the payment to JJP Enterprises at 17512 Five Oaks Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70810. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of the rental is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
Rate Changes - Rates subject to change without notice.
Credit Card Charges - Rental fees can also be paid by Mastercard, Visa, Discovery or American Express with the appropriate forms which I will send to you confirmting your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day advance notice is required for all cancellation. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater.
Upon inquiring about a reservation, I will provide you with the specifics of all cancellation policies including those involving mandatory evacuation due to Hurricanes.

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10 A.M. CST.
1. No early check-ins.
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit and is not applied to rent but fully refundable within (14) days of departure provided no damage, theft or other loss has occurred.
6. Amenity fees are not included in the rental rate.
7. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
8. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
9. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
10. PARKING PASSES – Destin Pointe is a gated community with 24 hour security. Parking is limited to two vehicles. and passes must be obtained from the office or security guard.
11. This condominium is privately owned and the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
