The Townhouse is set in the fantastic Regal Palms Resort, a wonderful location that seems like "home from home" but that offers "Hotel like facilities". The Resort is in 2.4 acres of Tropical recreational area, an abundance of sun decks set around a lazy river, slides, pools, jacuzzi, kiddies pool and kiddies play area.

Were ideally located on the Resort being a 5 minute walk to all of the facilities. You can just laze your time away or you can have waitress service from the adjacent Restaurant and Bar area, sit inside and watch the live sports coverage on the cable big screens for all your favorite sports action. With the theme parks only 25 minutes drive away everything is on hand to plan your perfect vacation.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

It does not include the 12% state taxes. The Resort make a $10/day + taxes charge for the facilities which is payable on arrival in reception.

A 20% deposit is required on booking and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. There is a $250 inventory deposit refundable on departure. We accept PayPal, all money transfer costs are at guests cost.

Cancellation Policy: Provided the hirer gives written notice 12 weeks prior to arrival date the full balance will not be due. If cancellation is within 10 weeks of the arrival date the full balance will be due unless the owner is successful in re-letting. In all cases the deposit is forfeit.
