Our beautiful villa is built on a premium lot located in Esprit Estate away from Highway 27, and is furnished and equipped to a high standard.

This lovely villa is situated on the attractive and very popular lakeside Esprit community and is within 10 minutes from Walt Disney and all major parks. The community features a large community pool with cabana, tennis and basketball courts, lakeside boardwalk and 9 hole golf course.

The spacious villa sleeps 10 and is the ideal setting for your Florida vacation. It is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard with all the comforts of home, is set in a peaceful community and is a tranquil haven from the busy theme parks.

The comfortable family room is just the place to relax and catch up on the latest news and TV shows, or rent a DVD from the local store near by.

The sunny kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for cooking and eating during your stay. All towels and linens are also provided.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with luxurious roman tub bath and large walk-in shower. There are three further bedrooms – 2 with twin beds and 1 with a double bed. All are bright, sunny rooms, tastefully furnished with built-in closets space, chest of drawers and bedside lamps. The family bathroom has a full-sided bath with shower.

Outside relax with a refreshing dip in the pool after a busy day in the theme parks. The screened private pool has a covered lanai and extended sun deck with a range of pool furniture. The pool can be heated if required for a small charge.

Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

In order to confirm your booking, a deposit of $200.00 per week will be required.

Full payment must be received 8 weeks prior to the rental period.

A separate security deposit of $200.00 will be required at the time of final balance payment against any breakages, telephone charges or damage caused during the rental period. In the event of any charges being made, you will be advised in writing, otherwise the deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of return.

Cancellation Policy: If you or any member of your party want to cancel the whole or any part of the booking once it has been, Palm Villa must be informed in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply. Prior to 8 weeks .... deposit only 8 weeks or less .... %100 of rental If we manage to fill your dates, your deposit will be refunded.

The villa is cleaned and prepared for each individual client. We therefore request arrival no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on the first day and departures by 10:00 a.m. on the final day.
