$200 fully refundable security damage deposit required within 10 days of reserving the dates; refunded if no damage after departure, not applied to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Hurricane Policy: Unused rental dates will be prorated and refunded less any parking or cleaning fees ONLY IF there is Mandatory Beach Closing or Evacuation. NORMAL CANCELLATION POLICY BY GUEST: Any cancellation made in writing or e-mail prior to 30 days of arrival results in $50 cancellation fee. 21-30 days prior results in forfeiture of security deposit or $200 of rental fee. Less than 21 days full rental fee will not be refunded. Please understand this is a privately owned condo and owner has limited exposure to re-rent to other guests at last mintue, Cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather does not warrant refund of unused days.
