$200 fully refundable security damage deposit required in 10 days of holding, not applied to rental.

Visa, Discover and Mastercard accepted. Rates quoted are All Inclusive. Guests must purchase $2.25 wrist band on arrival for each guest over age 12.

Cancellation Policy: 30 day or more notice required for cancellations with cancellation charge of $50

No refunds for early departures or cancellations due to weather. Hurricane Policy: Refund of prorated unused days less parking and cleaning fee ONLY IF Mandatory Evacuation or Beach Closing.

Rules: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
